3 years on, IIM Amritsar yet to get permanent campus

Three years have passed since the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) starting functioning from rented buildings here.
A permanent campus, which was to come up, seems a distant dream now. Also, any further delay in the project will escalate the input cost.
Kulwant Singh Ankhi, president, Amritsar Vikas Manch, said, “As the regular director of the institute has not been appointed, the layout plan is yet to be finalised. No executive agency for the construction of the campus has been finalised. Besides, the model of IIM has also not been prepared.” Full news >>>>
